This was one of the most challenging projects I’ve worked on due to the high talent demands. We needed extremely attractive talent with specific skin concerns like bacne, which is rare to find within budget and tight timelines. To manage this, I split the original brief into four smaller parts to meet the client’s deadlines and talent availability.

Despite the complexities, the client was very happy. This was Biotherm’s first TikTok campaign, and we successfully delivered a high-end, visually polished campaign that met their expectations.
